Pinch Punch Post October

For this month's Pinch Punch Post the theme is "Bat" and this is what I came up with.

The illustration was done in color pencil and ink and then the background was done digitally.

Spot Illustrations

The SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) conference is just around the corner so I have been updating my portfolio.  I am adding some new pieces to it.

I just finished a spot illustration so this will be added to my portfolio.  If you do not know what a spot illustration is I will tell you.  A spot illustration is a stand alone drawing with no background.
